The Sony Xperia Z1 is even more drool producing with its 20.7MP rear snapper and the f/2.0 aperture that promises great shots, even in low-light conditions. Driving the phone is a quad-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with the Adreno 330 GPU working on graphics. A 3000mAh cell might be enough for all day use, and the 16GB of native storage can be buffed up with the 64GB capacity microSD slot. While Android 4.2.2 comes with the Sony Xperia Z1 out of the box, there has been some talk that the unit will be among the first to receive Android 4.4.
The leak did not offer any specific launch date, but with a leak of this magnitude, we suspect it won't be such a terribly long wait for T-Mobile customers. Also unknown is a pricing range for the model, and whether or not T-Mobile will also be getting its hands on the Sony Xperia Z1 f. This is a power packed mini version of the Xperia Z1 that keeps most of the specs on the full-sized model except for screen size and resolution, and the capacity of the battery on board. That unit was introduced on Thursday by DoCoMo.
